About Forest River Rockwood Freedom

When you’re ready to take out your young family, you’re ready for some freedom – as in the Forest River Rockwood Freedom. The Rockwood Freedom is a pop-up tent camper with canvas sides and the ability to go nearly anywhere you can go. Lightweight, it is easily towable and folds down to a small size which makes it easy to store. Cooking Surface

The Forest River Rockwood Freedom series comes with its own unique cooktop set-up – this indoor-outdoor two-burner stove. This way you can decide whether you love the smell of sizzling bacon inside or opt to take it outside.

Fridge

Fun to think you can take a fridge in a pop-up but here it is – a 1.7 cubic foot fridge with 100-watt roof solar panel via the Freedom Outdoor Package so the heat of the sun can keep your fridge cool. Kind of crazy, but very factual.

Stainless-steel Sink

A touch of home on the road. When you get your Rockwood Freedom tent trailer all popped up, there it is – a stainless-steel sink mounted into the pressed countertop. Makes prep and clean-up so much easier.

Convertible Dinette

Need an extra space for an adult or two children to dream about their day’s camping adventures? Using the indoor-outdoor table, the dinette easily converts into a pretty comfortable sleeping space.

Cloth Privacy Curtains

Every pop-up is an open-air concept, and the Rockwood Freedom series is no different. However, this series does come with a handy set of privacy curtain all over the place, including for the sleeping areas.

Roof Vent Fan

As we all know, summer can get a little hot and a tad swampy. You can opt for a 15,000 BTU AC unit, but the Rockwood Freedom tosses in the Create-A-Breeze roof vent fan in the Freedom Outdoor Package.

LP Quick Connect

Part of the charm of camping is cooking outside. The Forest River Rockwood Freedom series supplies you with the LP quick connect. Use it with the portable cooktop or with the outdoor griddle which is part of the Outdoor Package.
